What is collected
Inquiry forms collect the name, email address, organization, and engagement details you submit, including event dates, format, audience, outlet, deadline, and any message text. Server logs record IP address and user agent for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How it is used
Submissions are used solely to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and to send you a confirmation. Information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months for scheduling and record-keeping, then deleted. Rate-limit records are discarded within days. You may request access or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@wolfepereira.com.
Processors
Form submissions are stored in a managed database and confirmation email is delivered by a transactional email provider. Both act as processors under instruction and do not use the data for their own purposes.
